Graphic Design Position

Graphic Design position: At Zabel Monuments / Van Gemert Memorials, you will be working with the sales team to come up with graphics and layouts of stone monuments for families. You will be determining size and arrangement of information and illustrative material, as well as font style and size. You will be working with our production team to layout production cut files. This position will also be responsible for laying out stones to create machine etchings utilizing and running a diamond point etching machine and laser engraving machine.

Qualifications: Creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-managements skills. Must work well with tight deadlines in a team environment. Able to take on projects from the start to finish with minimal supervision. On the job training will be available.

Software knowledge: Layouts of monuments are created with Omega's CAD software, Gerber. Adobe Illustrator is a major plus. Diamond point impact etching machine is a Diamond Edge. Laser machine is an AP Laser.
