Group Benefit Sales Internship (Atlanta)
As a GBS Intern, you will complete an 8-week sales training program which includes a combination of structured classroom and on-the-job learning with a focus on building an understanding of the employee benefits industry, MetLife’s group benefits and professional selling skills. Successful completion of the program will prepare you to apply for a full-time position with MetLife’s Sales Academy.
LOCATIONS: Atlanta (GA), Boston, (MA), Chicago, (IL), Irvine, (CA), Overland Park, (KS), McLean, (VA), & New York, (NY).

Required Qualifications
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills and leadership qualities
- Motivated team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence
- High school diploma
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program with an accredited college or university. Preferably a rising senior.
