Organizational Change Manager

Client: Kroger;
Role: OCM (Organizational Change Manager)
Location: Remote

HIRING MANAGER NOTES:
  • This role is remote
  • Pre-screen consists of 4 unique video question
  • This is a 6 month contract, with a possibility of extension. There are currently no plans to convert to FTE, and extension is not guaranteed.

  • Cloud experience is a MUST. If they do not have, they will not be considered. Please be sure cloud experience is obvious in candidate resumes and profiles
  • Project/Initiative - Cloud Migration
  • This resource will design, develop and deliver needed training and comms to equip and upskill engineers across KTD
  • They will be working with outside vendors to offer some “standard” or “packaged” training that already exists in the realm of Cloud Migration/Cloud upskilling
Description:
  • Must have Cloud experience!! Experience with cloud based migrations, cloud based technical writing, technical training design experience
  • Proven technical training experience (including audience analysis through execution of training plan)
  • Design, develop and deliver Kroger technical training
  • Strong technical skill/competency gap analysis and learning solutions mapping in collaboration with third party vendors (MS, Web Age. Google etc.)
  • Experience with large scale technical training and upskilling rollouts/journeys a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effectively work autonomously and deliver on time, with quality
  • Certification(s) a plus: PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
