Program Analyst Pathways Student Intern

This is a Student Internship position under the Pathways Internship Program.

To qualify for this Internship, you MUST be a continuing student enrolled or accepted for enrollment for the current/upcoming semesters for the duration of the internship as a condition of employment, taking at least a half-time course load. You will be required to provide documentation to support eligibility. Students may be employed throughout the academic year.

As a Program Analyst Pathways Student Intern, you will:
  • Assist in the development of documents, including proofreading to ensure clear and concise information, grammar, and formatting.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining program documentation and materials. Performs a variety of regular and recurring duties to assist with meeting mission and function of the Office.
  • Answer questions and provides information relating to specific actions.  Refer questions on non-routine topics and those of a precedent-setting nature to appropriate individuals.
  • Receive information, documents, and/or correspondence within the organization.  Ensure that information or requests for action are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in conducting internal studies regarding methods, policies, and procedures utilized within the organization.  Use database programs to input data and perform analysis for reports and other documents.
  • Work performed requires the services of an individual familiar with various software programs used in the work environment.
  • Perform other duties in support of the Office as assigned.
