Primary Function:
As a Partnership Coordinator you’ll work closely with a group of our external Ecosystem Partners (B2B) to further advance and build out relationships with them. This position works closely across our entire Partnership and Sales departments on data collection/entry, travel, and special projects. The successful individual in this position should have strong organizational skills, an excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong soft skills.

●      Manage day-to-day interactions and communication with our Ecosystem Partners. This includes coordinating and translating marketing materials and ensuring contract agreements are achieved.
●      Advance current partner relationships through communication and assistance.
●      Review new contract agreements, propose alterations, and make agreement edits.
●      Generate leads by searching for prospective client contact information through different mediums and sources.
●      Conduct and report on competitive analysis and update CRM with updated results.
●      Enter data for prospective clients in targeted areas into our CRM to be utilized by our Sales teams.
●      Participate in and facilitate company Sales meetings or training programs.
●      Edit Sales team pipeline in the CRM to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
●      Build and maintain company dashboards and run monthly/quarterly reports from Salesforce and proprietary software.
●      Register and coordinate company involvement with school and state conferences, which may also include attending and helping at the events.
●      Coordinate travel accommodations for team members attending school and state conferences. This may include flights, hotels, rental cars, and more.
●      Work cross-functionally to assist teams from multiple external facing verticals of our business.
●      Prepare and distribute requested and required ticketing resources for clients to comply with regulations and guidelines to support their events. 
●      Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

●      Self-motivated with a competitive spirit, strong work ethic, and the capacity to work independently.
Education and Experience:
●      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
●      Capacity to learn and operate internal systems and technologies.
●      Prior experience utilizing a CRM, preferably Salesforce, is preferred but not required.
