- This is a paid internship at $18.00/hour.
- Interns must have reliable transportation. We offer housing stipends to those who qualify.
- Most internships run 12-14 weeks from mid-May through August. We are flexible with most personal summer plans. Hiring managers will discuss intern duration and summer schedules with candidates.
YOUR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP involves several key functions:
- Update and document electrical infrastructure
- Calculate incident energy for electrical panels
- Vetting industrial electrical panel prints
WHO YOU ARE:
- Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Preferably in your senior/last year, graduating in May 2023
- Have foundational knowledge of electrical distribution and loading
- Experience with Microsoft Office and electrical engineering software
- Strong communication skills and personable attitude

As a small-town community, Westfield offers quiet and opportunities to enjoy the Wisconsin outdoors, yet is close enough to shopping, entertainment, and businesses of popular cities like Madison (60 mi.), Stevens Point (60 mi.) and Wisconsin Dells (30 mi.). Our Westfield plant is a value-added, further processing facility where we develop and prepare delicious chicken.
