Edison Elementary Newspaper Editor (Federal Work Study)
About the Position
- Foster literacy with intermediate grade students at Edison Elementary School writing and organizing a newspaper
- Foster literacy with K-6 students at Edison Elementary by giving them item (School Newspaper) of reading interest
- Provide literacy suggestions to help parents or other caregivers of children in grades K-6 by including activities and suggestions to aid learning and reading through paper
This position should expect to work 10:30am-11:30am one day each week, M-Th. This position will be compensated an additional hour for preparation and wrap-up each week.
