F1800107 - Assistant Professor - Surgery
Position Summary:
Faculty position at the Assistant Professor level to function as a full time member of the Division of Colorectal Surgery within the Department of Surgery. This position will also serve as the Chief of the Division of Colorectal Surgery.
Responsibilities for the position relate to the clinical care of adult patients and participation in the education of medical students, residents and fellows. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop a basic science or clinical research program and participate in clinical trials.
Candidates must have a MD or equivalent degree and be Board Certified or Eligible in Surgery. The candidate should also have or be Board eligible or certified in Colorectal Surgery. The position will be split between two main teaching hospitals.
