Client Integration Specialist

  • Act as a primary point of contact for the assigned account(s), and provide account and customer relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Manage the overall and ongoing service relationship with our customer through proactive, open, responsive and collaborative account management
  • Manage customer expectations, keeping customers happy and expectations realistic
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives
  • Remain focused, at all times, on the customer experience and satisfaction impact, advocating the customer requirements and expectations within Buy It Installed, Inc.
  • Work closely with sales representative groups and showrooms to process orders and track the services throughout the whole process
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Join our growing team as a Client Integration Specialist – where you’ll work with Clients and develop deep expertise on the variety of components that make up our Installed-Sales EcoSystem™ (ISE). As a Client Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for on-boarding Clients and nurturing Client relationships to efficiently advance through our three week integration process. Once the Client is launched, you will manage and nurture a long-term relationship with the Client and grow our business by expanding into new product categories, driving innovative solutions, and generating Workorders through continued phased launches every 90 days. A successful Client integration requires effort from almost every department in Buy It Installed, Inc.—you will be collaborating with several Buy It Installed, Inc. team members on a series of intricate tasks for each Client.

Requirements
This role requires strong interpersonal skills and outstanding organizational skills. You will need to be dedicated and persistent, keeping both the Client’s key personnel and internal key personnel engaged toward our common goal. You will need to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously. You must be able to communicate effectively to different audiences, tailoring your message to many unique collaborators such as developers, marketing persons, finance persons, operations persons, account managers, and in some cases, executive and C-level contacts.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
