Human Resource Generalist

Bethany continues to grow and is actively looking for a qualified individual to join our team!

The human resource generalist performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, affirmative action, and employment equity program, benefits management, and payroll functions. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The generalist must be sensitive to facility needs, employee goodwill and the business needs. Other functions include, but are not limited to: 
  • Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed, processed, and orientation goes smoothly
  • Addressing employment relation issues
  • Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, promoting, and terminating
