We are looking for writers for Milo's Academy. Pre-health majors are welcomed. Please visit anatomyland.com to get a feel for our first product.
Milo's Academy is a medical education software company that designs memory tools for subjects such as anatomy, and the biological sciences. Our company of 25+ started off as a community of medical students and undergraduate students. Therefore, our work is done remotely and our schedule is flexible.
Writer:
- Must enjoy creative writing
- English and/or Biology majors have priority but not a requirement
- Experience working in a newsletter, journal, newspaper setting, is preferred but not a requirement
- Must be able to stay with us for at least 6 months
- Applicant must be detail oriented, and must be able to take direct orders in a hierarchical organization.
- Applicant's job will be defined, but if applicant can demonstrate ability to wear multiple hats within the organization, there is more room for opportunity in a growing startup.

Although our work is very creative, our work process is highly dependent on deadlines and on delivering complete products. Our startup is about to hard-launch our first product by the end of 2021, and we expect for the company to grow rapidly thereafter.
