Position: Growth & Strategy Intern

Duration: 9 Weeks (15th June’26 - 14th Aug’26)

Salary: $15.92 hourly

Location & Job Type: United States, Remote Internship


Role and Responsibilities:

As a Growth and Strategy Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. Collaborating with our experienced team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of financial technology. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at driving customer engagement and growth:


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies within the fintech sector.
  • Analyze market data and insights to contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Outreach and Engagement:

  • Assist in outreach efforts to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to build relationships and promote our fintech solutions.
  • Participate in customer engagement activities, including email campaigns, webinars, and social media initiatives.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation.

Lead Generation and CRM Management:

  • Support lead generation efforts by researching and identifying potential leads and prospects.
  • Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and organized lead data.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Help analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on sales and marketing activities and outcomes.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as webinars, workshops, and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities related to events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree background from a US university.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, and a passion for learning about fintech trends.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics, social media platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
