Camp Theater Director (PAID Internship Available)

Camp Winnebago is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Theater Director to lead our performing arts program for boys ages 8–15. This role is perfect for someone who loves theater, enjoys working with kids, and wants to bring energy and creativity to camp life.

Responsibilities

• Direct and produce a camp theater performance
• Lead acting workshops, games, and skill-building activities
• Encourage creativity, confidence, and teamwork
• Create an inclusive, fun environment for performers of all levels
• Support camp-wide events and community activities

Qualifications

• Experience in theater, acting, directing, or performing arts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Energetic, organized, and great with kids
