Sports Summer Camp Counselor

Are you looking for a summer job that keeps you outside, active, and surrounded by sports? Camp Androscoggin is hiring counselors for 2026 in baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, football, and recreational activities (gaga, pickleball, capture the flag, etc). Leadership and internship opportunities are available.

Camp Androscoggin is a boys residential camp in central Maine. Position dates are June 19th to August 14th, 2026. The positions are paid, and travel, room, and board are all included.

Androscoggin is the summer home for 250 boys between ages 8 and 15 and 100 staff. For over a century, campers and counselors have been playing sports, participating in a host of individual activities, forming life-long friendships, and sharing summers to remember on our 120-acre lakeside campus.

We also have waterfront, arts, and outdoor adventure departments.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to maintain a safe environment
• Experience with your activity (playing or coaching)
• The ability to assist with multiple programs and work as a team
• Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills
